OK, I am going to keep it really simple here and not overcomplicate it. If you do nothing else before putting your house on the market, do these F O U R things:

The current real estate market isn’t necessarily a fun one, but there seems to be some relief for Buyers these days. Interest rates are still on the high end (~ 7ish%) and inventory is low, but we aren’t seeing offers as crazy.

If you are not ready to buy, sell or invest, DON’T! A home is often a person or family’s biggest financial decision and asset. NO ONE can predict the market, so the timing needs to be right for you. At the end of the day, the biggest question to ask yourself is – are YOU ready to buy or sell?
