WHAT IS IT?
We take out a long-term rental contract on a property. Then we list the property as a short-term vacation rental on Airbnb / VRBO. Essentially, we use short-term rentals to pay the long-term lease. In a sense, it is similar to subletting. We screen Guests and help ensure your property is kept in top notch condition.
