Welcome: Newsletter

Hello and Happy Thursday, Friends.

I am very excited to share my first bi-weekly newsletter with you! Honestly, I have been wanting to create this for a long time and 2022 is the year…

The real estate industry has so many interesting topics – design trends, DIY, home improvement, income properties, flips, buying, selling, investing – the list goes on and on.

My goal is to provide information that appeals to YOU. I do not want this to be filled with generic, “It’s a great time to sell” or “Buy now while interest rates are low”. May some of that be thrown into the mix? Sure. But I hope to make it more unique and useful for folks genuinely interested in selling tips and buying help. It will mainly be a curated place for other real estate goodies. Think…cleaning and organizing hacks, home inspection examples, estimated costs for home repairs, lake homes, unique Airbnb experiences, business or real estate podcasts, personal development book recommendations, vacation rental stories etc.

Is there is a topic you want to know more about? Please, reach out! I truly want this newsletter to be a resource for you. There is no point if it doesn’t serve you in some capacity.

In this week’s Market Update, you’ll see inventory is at a record low. We hope to see an increase in the coming months as we head into the Spring market. Predictions don’t foresee a drop in the market but if interest rates continue to creep up, that may decrease a little Buyer competition.

If you need some perception in today’s crazy world, check out Ed Mylett’s podcast with Tony Robbins below. A FANTASTIC listen.

And, if you’re in the market for a new washer or dryer, the Reddit Forum below includes opinions/reviews for different brands.

Well, that’s all for now, guys. Thank you for being here! I’m excited to start sharing with you. Scroll for more…
